that was the main one but honestly basically all voice training videos say the same general thing. one thing ik helps some people is that when doing a fem voice the tongue is further forward and the mouth opens smaller. for me this part didnt help me but it could help u.

honestly i just kinda watched youtube videos about how to voice train and then started practicing. after like a week i started talking to friends in voice chat while voice training that way i was consistently using my voice trained voice.
