This is true in some companies, but that is why I busted my ass learned everything I could. I made it through two recessions and did not get laid off. The company I was with had over 50 people in the field at one time. And 2008 came and it went down to five.

I made a decent living. I don’t know why they couldn’t. Never understood the guys that would ask for a raise and not show any improvement in their job skills. I literally worked my way up the ladder and it paid off quite well.
