I've been on this platform for a little over a month now and I can say that there is much more opportunity to meet and connect with people in the education space. The people are welcoming and have so much knowledge to share. I wish all communities were like this! #Bluesky2025

Stuffed bitter melon soup. A traditional Vietnamese soup that is a solid 9 on the bitterness scale. I would make it again because my taste buds seem to appreciate it, but if you don't have a knick for bitter soups, I would say expect the unexpected!

Durian guy here. It is definitely an acquired taste and would say that it takes a paletted person to get down with this "exotic" fruit. It is a creamy delicacy and I recommend anyone to try it at least once in their life despite the prominent odor that comes with it.
