2) It's mostly okayish, way better than I was expecting

Turn the files into trials

A small notebook open to the last page, with handwritten weightlifting notes scribbled on it. It is well used, and finished

Started tracking weights/reps and whatnot by writing stuff in this little notebook last summer

Now it's full! First time that's happened. Gotta find a new notebook, and a better pen tbh

Me, after consistently lifting for 2+ years and having finally worked up the guts (and skillz) to start doing deadlifts with the giant barbell at the huge rack things:
