I think it's a post production error! I think they're script notes for the archive which is terrible. Wouldn't have happened back in my day (ex docs PM)!

As I understand it the bulletin used to be bespoke for each station but due to cuts its the same bulletin across all stations now (read by different people I assume)

I am 90% sure I saw this butterfly in my garden in Kent yesterday! Both me and my husband said I've never seen one like that before...I'll keep an eye out today

I never got the high from the treadmill in fact I actively hated it. But I recently started running outside around local fields and the brain concentration required to not fall down a rabbit hole, get stuck in some brambles, actually think about where I am going has meant it has finally appeared!
