We are gathered here today inside the Neo Egg Rocket Zone to celebrate the Anniversary of the complete annihilation of those hooligans who prevented this city's development, the Freedom Fighters." But there is a problem. A new resistance has formed and a Chaos Emerald is missing. See the names displayed on screen." A screen showing eight individuals displays. Only three are shown in full detail and the rest are unknown. TARGET 1: SILVER_THE_HEDGEHOG TARGET 2: E-123_OMEGA "Out of the eight perpetrators, only two have been identified. As you know, we have recently disposed of threats in an inefficient manner. My deepest condolences to those who suffered from the explosion. The Gizoid project has since been cancelled and you have my word to keep this city safe of risky methods to the people of this city." A hole in the floor opens.
