Today is Indigenous Peoples Day – a time to honor the 11 sovereign Tribal Nations and robust urban Native communities that continue to enrich our state’s cultural landscape, economy, and heritage.
It was a beautiful morning to celebrate on the shore of Bde Maka Ska.
Thank you to Century Village West Palm Beach for inviting to come speak to the community. Seniors have spent their lives working towards the ability to retire and enjoy their lives.
I will always fight for programs and services that help to make sure our seniors age gracefully and with dignity.
