Putting this out there in case someone knows a source Iβm unaware of.
Chances are pretty good, in my experience, if you physically move the pollen like I do in this video, or use tweezers. I used to try cross-pollinating with a paintbrush and had less success that way.
Growing from seed is fun, and Aloes donβt require quite as much patience as cacti.
I love growing from seed and hybridizing. It gives me something to look forward to, which feels especially important when the world seems like itβs going to hell.
