Don't miss out on CAPCon 2026 - grab your badge today! If you missed out on rooms in the main or second hotel, any cancellations will be released into the pool on the portal, but you'll want to have a badge first! Tons of great and cheap rooms near the host hotel, too.

There are some VERY cheap hotels close to the host hotel. Short commute, but plenty of rooms available at reasonable prices nearby.

Yep, no rush to get roommate badges in place - they are considered locked in! We will send an announcement before releasing any unallocated roommate badges into the general sale pool.

If you're looking to get a room for CAPCon 2026, the overflow hotel is almost sold out - get to it!

Everything is working - we are live monitoring and adapting! You can press f12 to open your console and you'll see the occasional server pings.

You should be getting pulled through now! We were working on getting the overflow rooms allocated.

Y'all, the the overwhelming desire for CAPCon Adventures was so high, we are looking to sell out the Host Hotel in less than 2 hours!

Don't fret though if you haven't bought a Room Key yet! We are chuffed to announce that we are going to have a SECOND HOTEL right next door!

HERE IT IS! This is what I've been working on for the past few months with our team! CAPCon has their very own podcast for news and announcements! This is especially cool for dyslexic kiddos (like me!) who could benefit from *hearing* their news!

Some personal news - I had a lot of fun leading comms for CAPCon, and while I'll still be helping that team here and there, I'm happy to share that @rukapuddlegum.bsky.social is your new fearless leader on all things marketing.

We're still looking for good opportunities to do events in Chicago. But this Minneapolis space is the best venue we've had yet, and we're just getting started making effective use of all it has to offer. Onward and upward!

The Minneapolis hotel is absolutely amazing. I took the train from Chicago for SideQuest and was delighted that it was much cheaper than airfare and with free luggage!

I miss having home be a quick ride away, don't get me wrong, but you should be stoked!

Surprise! Not only does CAPCon now have a podcast, we're also gearing up to start our badge release for 2026! We're super excited about the new hotel and we had massively positive feedback from SideQuest. We hope to have you join us!

I know we just had SideQuest, but I miss seeing people already. I went to the CAP munch this weekend and it was really lovely - it would be great to see some CAPCon friends there next month!
