i understand the goal of social medias nowadays is to take as much of my time as possible but i'd like to settle a bit here more and wean off scrolling on twitter ideally, but i can't really go cold turkey

i know likes arent a definite metric but like, it's very indicative of the size of reach twitter lets people's accounts

in a not joke way it's cutthroat and brutal, an account with 30,000 followers can just be reduced to like 10 likes per post if they're going through some really bad financial shit and is needing help. another account of the same size gets like 100 likes at least
