Mullakin oli pari kertaa että erehdyin yrittämään liikaa ja siitä tulikin heti takapakkia. Esim. tuntui että jaksan pelata sulkapalloa ekaa kertaa taudin jälkeen, niin lämpö nousi n. päivän sisällä ja olin taas sängyn pohjalla useita päiviä 😅 Pitää vaan yrittää tauottaa, läpipuskeminen ei auta!

Onneksi suurin osa long covid-tapauksista paranee kyllä pikkuhiljaa! Plus sitä ei kai lasketa vielä kunnolla pitkittyneeksi ennenkuin tila kestää ainakin 3 kk, ja valtaosa paranee jo siinä ajassa

Lepo auttaa parhaiten ja se kannattaa ottaa vakavasti, koska yleensä rasitus vaan pahentaa asiaa ja olotila saattaa pitkittyä! Se on kyllä super turhauttavaa viettää viikkoja niin paljon makuulla, itse olen onnekas että se lähti lopulta pois

Kuulostaa klassisista "long covid"-oireilta, itselläänkin oli samanlaista melkein puolen vuoden ajan ekan covidin sairastamisen jälkeen. Olo aaltoili vahvasti ja saattoi huonontua ihan napsauttamalla, lisäksi itse hikoilin oudosti verrattuna mihinkään muuhun tautiin.

I had a dream where I was explaining my comic to someone, and how the plan was to include some Kingdom Hearts characters in the story later. Even the dream me realized immediately that this would be a terrible idea, so the dream ended with an inner debate of how the story may need some rewriting
