You ever have one of those brain farts where you solve all the worlds problems, and it just disappears?

I wish I could remember the epiphany I had
It wasn't something sour, it wasn't something sad
it did not deal with war
or anything that bad

Mine's an outer monologue and it drives my wife crazy. I sometimes had to warn people at jobs I'd show up on.
"I generally work alone at night so I talk to myself and the machines. Just thought I'd warn you."
I also visualize everything.
