How am I supposed choose? Losing weight feels wrong, but gaining weight feels wrong. I dont want to die, and eating so much food is taxing on my energy and my bank account. But how could I find joy in myself if I can't enjoy the only thing that makes me feel sexy?

I know i do this all the time, but I just dont know what I want anymore. Losing weight makes me depressed. But I hate being so anxious about my health all the time. I wish I could just exist, but its like im always forced to choose between my mental and physical health
