Material means preventing action shouldn't weigh on you. Never underestimate the power of awareness, even if it's far from where a conflict happens! Keeping records and talking about it helps. And from wherever we are, we can at least keep on electing people we believe in to help humans around us.

Wishing you best, it already looks scary and frustrating from afar so I can't imagine how much more of this it is from up close.
