As someone who had the privilege of directly benefiting from the Margaret Campbell Fund in 2022, this cause is incredibly meaningful to me.

Proceeds from this event will support the Margaret Campbell Fund, which is dedicated to helping strong Liberal women run for the first time as political candidates.

Authorized by the CFO of the Ontario Liberal Party. A tax receipt will be issued for the full amount of the ticket price.

That is wild!
My friend was the youngest of 3. When we graduated her old siblings were both in university. They declined her OSAP application.

With all the advisors surrounding the Premier, it is concerning that he does not understand how OSAP works.

As someone who benefited from OSAP, I appreciate the media for attempting to educate him on the subject.

I've set up a recurring appointment for myself to call the office of the Ontario premier to politely complain about one decision a week. You could do the same. There are so many issues. It takes 5 minutes. 416-325-1941
Or email if you prefer premier@ontaio.ca

Doug Allan, senior CUPE researcher and author of the report, says Ontario funds and staffs its hospitals at the lowest rate in Canada, and would need to add 48,000 hospital staff just to meet the national average.

A report by Ontario’s Financial Accountability Office warns this could mean 9,000 fewer nurses and PSWs across the health care system by 2027–28. Already, about 1,000 hospital jobs are being cut in North Bay, Hamilton, Ottawa, Niagara and the Greater Toronto Area.

Cold day, but important to stand with CUPE Ontario outside Matthew Rae ’s office to sound the alarm about Ontario hospitals running out of space and funding.

Hospitals are being told to plan for just 2% annual funding increases, well below the 6% avg since 2020, forcing deeper cuts to grow.
