idk... maybe i have too much hope and think positive cause i do believe good people can make good games and remain good but... idk i keep getting proven wrong 😭

and its always just that power gets to people... and that power just makes people feel like they cant ever do wrong and can force people to do things without concurrence cause who would dare go after the big guy who could ruin you?

I believe things CAN but a lot of issue comes from i feel like people getting greedy... cause a lot of the times stuff starts great but once its seen as profitable or popular people start wanting to make more to see numbers go up

Not saying thats what happened or HOW it happened

apologies for any awkwardness or anger in this, its hard not to be upset especially when ive gone through similar in projects... it just hurts and upsets when i see it... so part of this is my frustration on whats been happening and i do apologies

I hope those past and still working on the game are doing okay and I hope you all know that you have support and people who will stand by you until proper change is made... I hope everyone stays safe, Educated, and tries not to have a defeatist attitude in this time

there's still wonderful people working on this game and i pray for them hoping they are doing okay, I don't want ANYONE'S hard work to be for nothing as that doesn't help anyone.

Our focus for now though is on those who were hurt and how going forward they will prevent this from happening

I personally will still be drawing toontown art and ttcc characters but that doesn't mean i support anything that has happened. I dont have the doom and gloom mindset i generally try to look up on things in hopes for change and i dont believe throwing the whole thing away makes ANYTHING better

I dont believe the servers will shut down or at least i HOPE they dont cause that doesnt fix anything and if anything makes it worse as why punish the project these people worked on and truly make it worth nothing? I HOPE and PRAY for change and for some few who cause this to FUCK OFF or step down!

I do NOT support the treatment of staff and they deserved SOO MUCH BETTER than what they were given and even though most might not wish to return or look back I hope they at least know how many people some of these staff made happy with their content and creations and I WISH it didn't end so sour

but the focus here isnt on the game itself and ive been seeing more people ASK about the game than ask about the situation

Dont stress about the state of the game that can come later, the current focus should be on the victims and holding people accountable! after THAN we can focus on that

just with the situation as a whole there is a big lingering feeling of doom. I however dont believe ttcc should stand for toontown as a whole as there is more servers than just them... it is a bit upsetting seeing some drop it as a whole due to this but i also understand as the topic isnt a fun one

but with the new situation coming out it just... everything ive been hearing and reading makes me feel sick that ANYONE could treat ANYONE that way especially over a project people WILLINGLY help with. I understand people deciding to step away and no longer make fanart or content relating to TT-

ive been fucking around toontown for years... back when i was a stupid baby and just playing random shit on my laptop

seeing the game i played for a bit come back in a somewhat new form was AMAZING to me as i thought games would be lost forever I dont think i could ever hate toontown as a whole-

the whole TTCC situation as a whole has been upsetting and infuriating looking into! I'm proud of all those who have spoken up about their experiences... as its a good start to get a change to happen

A passion project should NEVER turn into something that hurts people and stresses people!
