The moth was created using file silver clay, a PotterUSA impression die, and my kiln.

I've been chipping away at a 20 ton shop press on PotterUSA layaway- I'm so close! And I've collected so many incredible dies for a few years. Can't wait to put them to use.

This is an older piece, but a favorite. I decided to break out the kiln just now and create another deaths-head moth from silver clay for a new version.
I have a few stone options in mind, leaning towards an orthoceras fossil. 💀
