I was a faithful viewer of 120 Minutes. I have a pile of VHS tapes of recorded music videos from the show, including The Pixies' "Here Comes Your Man", which was the last video the show played.
Well, this first week of #LearnedLeague didn't seem to go so well. 😢
If you've never seen Julie Taymor's adaptation of Titus (Andronicus) I'd recommend it. He's delightful (😈) as Saturninus.🥧
Oh the memories! When this (the animation) was popular the only internet I had was a WebTV, which didn't handle flash very well and it would always crash. But when I was able I watched it like a million times over and thought it was the coolest/funniest thing in the world. ⚡

Watched it in 9th grade. No fast forwarding. We just sat there like good boys and girls and giggled shyly to ourselves.
With all honesty, I have to thank 9th grade English for starting my lifelong love of Shakespeare. I actually bought that film through Blockbuster right after seeing it in school.

I hate posting pictures of myself, but this is the first photo taken of us the day we got Sammy, April 22, 2020. Sent the pic to my mom to surprise her. Happiest day of my life.

I feel like I experienced the worst morning of my 47 years of life. Sammy came to live with us not long after moving into this house & I have never felt such emptiness as getting up today without him there. No Sammy sleeping in a patch of sunlight on the floor. No Sammy on his chair. It's all gone.
