Went on Sky News today to talk about BP's decision to roll back on their renewables commitments - on the day that @thecccuk.bsky.social published their 7th Carbon Budget which clearly lays out how cutting emissions and taking action now can cut energy bills & raise living standards

The world has changed since Labour took office. With defence spending set to rise beyond 2.5%, the government should re-consider whether its commitments on spending and tax are fit for the future.
