Key AGM updates:
✅ Approval of return to a dividend, starter dividend for fiscal year 2025 of €0.10 per share.
✅ From fiscal year 2026 onwards, a dividend of 10–20% of underlying EPS (earnings per share) will be distributed.
✅ All agenda items were approved by a large majority.
