Speaking of remake vs Rebirth, I prefer remake's more linear style with a few small break chapters where you have the towns with side quests and minigames, where as Rebirth is mostly open world with a shit ton of minigames and then a few small break moments where its linear

The first part of the remake did it just fine, you didnt need to be perfect for the rewards, in Rebirth, you have to be perfect to even get the lowest rank reward and beyond perfect to get the rest

I really hope the third part of ff7 remake doesn't have the minigames force you to be absolutely perfect for the rewards. Better yet, just remove the rewards for them, then I'd actually want to do the minigames rather than feel forced to do them
