Es una sensación que no le deseo ni a mi peor enemigo porque el cuerpo se tensa está en modo de alerta aún estoy en el modo hipervigilancia te debilita te hace saber que te hace sentir que no estás bien que tu cabeza empieza a jugar con todo contigo y es horrible entonces nunca lo he hecho

No soy de contar mis cosas mis penas mis necesidades mis tristezas porque no es algo que que haga. Pero la necesito sacar porque no puedo estar así así en un rato me dio un ataque de ansiedad después de un año no sé que lo detonó no sé que lo activo como tal pero es muy feo se siente muy feo es
