Another BG3 x Simpsons shitpost. It is a two panel meme that reuses elements from the Simpsons when Homer misremembers how a party went while he was drunk. In the first panel, a goblin discovers poison in his drink and says "By the Absolute, there's poison in my drink!" In the second panel, Wyll holds aloft a vial of poison and smirkingly says "I put it there. I slipped it into you booze tub as a gag."
