My doctor recommended Magnesium Glycinate to give greater effectiveness of calcium supplements. According to her (a health nut) calcium is less effective wo Magnesium Glycinate. I researched it, and the added supplement makes sense to me.

I was diagnosed w that about 20 yrs ago. Given side effects of prescriptions doctors give to treat osteoporosis, I increased my supplements for bone health instead. I suffered a broken arm from a mild fall, which indicated my bone fragility. It is still a manageable condition. Just be careful.
