Police used Flock cameras to accuse a Denver woman of package theft. She had her own evidence "Like I said, nothing gets in or out of the town without us knowing."

Surveillance in action:

"You know we have cameras in that jurisdiction and you can’t get a breath of fresh air, in or out of that place, without us knowing, correct?”

From the energy community on Reddit: Big oil’s shadow network pumped millions into Charlie Kirk’s culture war machine Explore this post and more from the energy community

An article from a site called "Clean Tech Times" about Charlie Kirk and Big Oil money is trending in r/energy on Reddit

It's a completely plagiarized, unauthorized, unlinked version of an article I published the day before

I have no idea what to do about it except complain. It's so fucked up.

Think about this! If you were a Deadhead who had to wear a tie to school everyday then it was a pretty sweet thing to own. I know that I still have at least one in the closet.

Any plant geeks out there want to help me out with this mallow?
It looks like Callirhoe alcaeoides, but that plant is rather uncommon in Colorado so curious what other think.

I think it's safe to say it's failed. Colorado Democrats don't actually care about climate change or clean air. If you don't believe me, consider that they have a backroom deal to not even so much as introduce new legislation related to oil and gas for another 4 sessions.

Five Key Takeaways From Tracking Student Visa Revocations More than 1,500 students from nearly 250 colleges have had their visas revoked, but who they areβ€”and why they’ve been targetedβ€”is still largely unknown.

The number of international students hit by the Trump administration's visa actions is likely much larger than reported. For example, Northwest Missouri State has 43 revocations--twice as many as the University of Michigan. The regional public angle here deserves more attention.

Stand Up for NOAA Research – The Time to Act is Now The AMS is a global community committed to advancing weather, water, and climate science and service.

The 2026 budget passback plan calls for eliminating NOAA Research, the scientific backbone that keeps weather forecasts, alerts, and warnings accurate and effective. This would have disastrous consequences.

Hickenlooper, Bennet give Colorado the nation’s biggest pro-Trump skew in Senate votes β€’ Colorado Newsline Sen. Hickenlooper has been the Democratic caucus’ number one outlier in voting with Trump's agenda almost twice as often as would be expected.

Why are so many Colorado Democrats frustrated with John Hickenlooper and Michael Bennet?

Data from 155 Senate votes in 2025 offers an answer: They're voting like swing-state senators while representing an electorate that's now bluer than Illinois or New Jersey.

Last night the President signed an order to gut the Institute of Museum & Library Services. But together, we know we can show up & defeat it.

Bennet, Hickenlooper Introduce Resolution Celebrating 30th Anniversary of Denver International Airport

Denver β€” Colorado U.S. Senators Michael Bennet and John Hickenlooper introduced a resolution recognizing and celebrating February 28th, 2025 as the 30th anniversary of the Denver International Airport.

β€œFor 30 years, the Denver International Airport has connected our communities and helped fuel Colorado’s economy,” said Bennet. β€œI was glad to introduce this resolution celebrating three decades of this fixture for travelers worldwide.”

β€œDIA has become one of the great airports in the world. It will welcome nearly 100 million passengers this year, almost double what was projected as the original capacity. It is part of the foundation of Colorado’s economy and an essential connection to the rest of America and the world!” said Hickenlooper.

The Denver International Airport is the third-busiest airport in the United States, and the sixth-busiest in the world. In 2024, the Airport set a record for passenger traffic, serving more than 82 million passengers.

The text of the resolution is available HERE.

I think a lot of the dissatisfaction among Democrats with these two, specifically, can be located in the idea that even a single minute of staff time would be spent on something like this at the present moment.

I assume most people know this, but seems important to point out basic truths at this moment in time. There is no energy emergency in the U.S. The U.S. is the world's top producer of oil and gas at the moment, and the top exporter of gas, and U.S. oil and gas producers are making record profits.
