i can understand that feeling being so focused on something that you get blinded by it.
may i recemmand doing little breaks between work to help you refresh yourself and notice stuff you would not ❤️

that sucks but if you feel like you dont have energy to do something then dont force yourself to do it
breaks are important for both mental and physical health
