The Trump administration intends to appeal a judge’s order that released a 5-year-old child from ICE detention. This appeal could potentially lead to the child’s return to ICE custody.

I want to hear at least ONE Democratic leader talk like their ass is on fire about ICE’s electronic surveillance of people committing no crimes...and the “nice little database” they’re bragging about building on Americans. That’s the emergency.
