Today is the 9-year anniversary of the largest targeted attack on LGBTQ+ people in the United States; the Pulse Nightclub massacre. 49 people were murdered and 53 more people were wounded.

Federal Court Rules Trump "Gender Ideology" Funding Ban Likely Unconstitutional The decision is limited to the plaintiffs, and could be used to further restore funding to transgender research and care.

1. In a major ruling, a federal court has ruled that Trump's executive orders banning funding to orgs that promote "gender ideology" is likely unconstitutional.

This will help protect or restore funding for LGBT centers who are plaintiffs.
