Every day I consciously chose small actions: letting go of negative beliefs, embracing my vulnerability, and building my self-confidence. My journey to strength isn’t perfect, but it is authentic. And in that journey, I find more and more love and harmony with myself.

It all started with a moment of silence. I realized that I didn’t just want to feel stronger, I wanted to feel more aware. Strength is more than physical energy – it’s in how you treat yourself, how you think, and how you grow.

I radiate an intrinsic strength that comes from my desire for universal unity and peace.
