Another Kenyan Has Been Competing in the NCAA While Suspended -- TCU Scratched Tabitha Ngao From NCAA Championships Ngao, the Big 12 1000m champion, ran 2:01.71 this season for 800m but the Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya says she is currently provisionally suspended.

The Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya has confirmed that TCU's Tabitha Ngao -- the Big 12 1000m champion -- is provisionally suspended for whereabouts failures. She was entered in the NCAA indoor championships in the 800m but scratched.
