We are at the point in the honoring-Charlie-Kirk's-memory cycle when faculty are being fired for posting, without comment, Charlie Kirk's words. At the behest of politicians sworn to uphold the first amendment, and in public institutions covered by first amendment protections.

It's very worth noting that these are the conditions *all* detainees are held in. Not just the "dangerous criminals" who make up a tiny fraction. ICE attracts people who despise immigrants, and the cruelty is the point.

There are actually quite a few undocumented Russians in the US.

Anyone have any videos of ICE forcefully deporting them?

What are the limits of loyalty? When your base is suffering alongside your “enemies” will they remain loyal to you? When you stop the grant system that would pay for their special ed kid’s support services will they remain loyal?

When the people you are deporting are the farm worker’s cheap labor, is the farmer still going to support you? When your loyal republican senators and reps start getting flooded with phonecalls and emails from their constituents asking for help? Will they remain loyal?

When my life as a trans woman is threatened, will my ret. navy Uncle stop using his photo as your profile picture? When the first time home buyers, that supported you hear that they can’t get their FHA loan? What then? When you start to use the US military against their queer or poc family members?

Will they fight for you? What is their limit? When everyone realizes that you’re in it for the money and power, and not to lower the price of eggs? Will they still be loyal to you? Or will they finally see.

The humorous part to me is, you seek to divide us, but you’re driving us towards socialism. When we’re forced to crowd fund our medical care? That’s socialism.

When you force us to share food with our neighbors because grocery prices keep rising? That’s socialism. When you defund non-profits, and they’re forced to seek donations from the community? That’s socialism.

Your plan is to divide. What you're actually doing is driving us together. Call me optimistic, but I think you overestimate their loyalty. The more you make it clear you couldn't care less about them, the more you use them against their families and neighbors? The more they will resist you.

You can't have it both ways. You can't have loyalty while dismantling the systems your supporters rely on. Because we all rely on them, not just your "enemies".
