Schumer just doesnt have it. If he ever had it, he's lost it.
He apparently sees his job as "not being rude or inconvenient to Republican Senate majority". Even Vichy's General Pétain occasionally pushed back. We need real leadership. We need a [non-evil] McConnell.

Not just that but a weak opposition party leadership. All those those things lead to dictatorship.

Let us be lucky enough to have AOC become an official party leader. We already look at her as such.

Democrats are more unpopular than ever under Schumer’s leadership. In any other industry, he would be forced to resign. We have no path forward unless he steps aside. It’s time for new leaders.

I got through to my Democratic Congressman’s staff. I told them to tell him to publicly call on Chuck Schumer to step aside as leader, and I asked for a response back. I’ll be calling my Senators again today.
