Reading the tea leaves: This is bad news for Diddy. It looks like the jury will convict on at least one of the human trafficking counts (likely re: Cassie) and the Mann Act charges. Racketeering was always going to be the hardest to prove, which is why the jury is at odds.

I hope the Idaho prosecutors have a good explanation, because you never want your victims’ families to feel this way:

Whenever I did interviews on the Bryan Kohberger case, I would receive lots of comments from delusional Kohberger fans who insisted he was innocent. Where are they now? (On to the next conspiracy!)

In limiting nationwide injunctions, the Supreme Court made it harder to challenge President Trump’s executive orders, BUT birthright citizenship is not going anywhere:
