I wont try eating until tomorrow I have no desire haha. But fluids yes-- but not too quickly so I dont bother my stomach.

I will admit: I dont believe Ive been this thirsty in my life. Water tastes like gods nectar. 😂

Luckily I still feel awful but my stomach has settled; Ive largely moved onto body heat and soreness hahaha.

Today has been awful. Puking sucks on its own, but this was *hard*. Like when your whole back arches.

After tonight, I will be on vacation until March 17th!

No plans of any kind, except to use that time to straighten myself out. I've been in the weeds a bit lately, and I need a realignment of perspective and priorities.

I think a few folks use different meanings. I always thought it was games you own and haven't beat; but for many its just "games I want to get to" haha.

I keep a list of games I want to eventually play; but it isnt law or cause me stress haha. :)

I've learned that people actually throw up more than this. Like puking every year is normal for most. 😂 So I like to share it now as an uncommon thing.

Efficiency maxing or min/maxing or whatever you want to refer to it is, hyper competitiveness and efficiency in *everything* is ruining stuff at a breakneck pace haha.

I have vomited 3 times in the last 25 years.

In 2021 from some bad Burger King on backshift.

In 2008 from drinking too much alcohol.

In 2002 from the flu.

And I believe it drives better optimization as you said; developing solely for a single box you really learn how to work with it.

But I *don't* believe it drives better game design, just like proprietary streaming isn't driving better filmmaking. So I get all sides on this one.

Its a nuanced discussion for sure. :)

For someone buying into an ecosystem, they want that ecosystem to have more value and this is how it gets there. For someone not in the ecosystem, this is a frustrating barrier to entry. Both are true. :)

It will live or die on the price for me. No question. I want it by default, they don't need to sell me on the product.

But if I can't afford it, none of that matters.

I'm in. But it completely, totally, depends on the price. I'll be eager to see what that is, but I don't have a good feeling.

Having fully accepted and embraced this, I can confirm that the water is nice and you're all welcome in.

I didn't want to travel. I didn't want to leave my house. Yet, I was convinced to board a 36,000ft in the air tube with wings. The fact I make it home alive is a miracle and deserves applause. (Yeah yeah I know its statistically safer 🥱)

I was stuck on Barinade. Took my copy of OOT to a 5th grade birthday party. Everyone left to play road hockey. I played OOT and beat Barinade.

The wait for that party to end so I could go home and do exactly this dragged for eons. What a special moment, its all I thought of on the ride home.

I'm glad the game is so time friendly now. I initially hoped back on the game to get into Classic/TBC Classic, but I just don't have the time.

The Retail version of the game *really* respects adult time, however. So I've been able to play the game without owing my life to it hahaha.
