The Wilkerson Book Quest reading challenge is still going strong!! Stacks of trading cards are going out each week. One challenge is to read a book to someone else, so a 4th grader read a book to one of our kindergarten classes to earn his card. @jcps-lms.bsky.social @jcaslky.bsky.social

5th graders @Wilkerson are learning different ways to be effective communicators by playing charades. 1st round only spoken words, 2nd round no words only body movement, 3rd round only drawing and 4th round only written words. @jcaslky.bsky.social @jcps-lms.bsky.social

2nd graders researched emotion coping strategies then created emoji cards to share with Wilkerson students for the #studentsrebuild and #creativevisions Spark Peace Project. They are helping the school community while raising money to help create peace around the world. #jcpslibraries #jcaslky
