An official letter from the Kansas Division of Vehicles dated February 23, 2026, with a redacted recipient address. The letter notifies the recipient that due to the enactment of Senate Bill 244, all Kansas driver's licenses and IDs must reflect the holder's sex at birth. It states that the recipient's current credential will become invalid immediately upon the law's publication on February 26, 2026, with no grace period. The recipient is directed to surrender their current ID to receive a new one matching their sex assigned at birth. The document concludes with instructions on how to appeal the notice if received in error, along with contact information for the department.
Kansas is sending letters to trans people telling them that their licenses will be revoked as of tomorrow and that they risk arrest for driving on a suspended license.
This is pure cruelty.

Our campaign is about people. It’s about our neighbors and loved ones, friends and family. It’s about people we know and people we don’t.
We deserve a Wisconsin where we can afford to live with dignity, where our rights are protected, and where working people come before billionaires.
Stoked is an understatement! Last week, the Common Council voted unanimously to pass an ordinance that will allow for cottage courts to be built in Madison.
I’ve been working on this legislation for three years, and I’m so thrilled to see it become a reality.
This campaign is going to take all of us, and we need your help to spread the word about our vision for a fair, affordable Wisconsin that leads with compassion.

I don’t have the typical background of someone running for State Assembly.
I know the struggle of poverty because I live it every day. I know how hard it is to afford housing and healthcare. And as a transgender woman in America, I know what it feels like to see your basic rights come under attack.
We need leaders who aren’t afraid to name the problem and fight for real solutions. This year, let's elect a legislature that will actually make life better for working people.
Change is possible, but it takes political will.
Republicans have controlled the State Assembly for 15 years.
The result?
An affordability crisis that they pretend doesn’t exist.

I know firsthand how life changing it can be to have a union fighting for you in the workplace. I’m proud to be SAG-AFTRA eligible and a former member of the National Association of Flight Attendants.
When unions are strong, everyone is better off.
They know that when we are organized, we demand fair treatment.
In the Assembly, I’ll fight to finally repeal Act 10, stand up for our unions, and restore collective bargaining rights in Wisconsin. Because there is no greater love than solidarity with working people.
This Valentine’s Day, I’m thinking about our unions.
15 years ago today, folks from across Wisconsin came together to protest the cruelty and injustice of Act 10. Since then, Republicans have continued to attack workers, strip away our rights, and try to pit us against each other.
DHS is shutting down because it refuses to obey the law. They are tear-gassing schools, killing American citizens, and disappearing legal immigrants. Democrats shouldn’t fund an out of control ICE.
