I’m sorry what I said sounds so bleak. Cold comfort because obviously there ARE individuals who’re convinced we’re going to… trans their kids, I guess? And those people really do hate trans folks.

The silver lining is that it’s not truly about that, and that’s what I’m waiting for.

This is an excellent rescue that I’ve worked with before, they do so much for cats with FIV and other special cases. Show them some love!

The worst part is that these antagonists really don’t care. The culture war is a smokescreen to distract us from their struggle to get as much money and power as possible. Doesn’t stop that culture war from hurting and killing my friends and family.
