Godo had been standing outside of the house when he heard Yuffie run up the steps, calling excitedly to him—about what, he didn't know.

Lowering the paint brush he held in his hand, Godo turned around to face his daughter.

"I can hear you just fine. What is it, Yuffie?"

Victorious once more, the aged Wutai leader opened his eyes and turned his head towards the direction of his daughter and spoke in a calm voice.

"Sit with me, my daughter. It is time you channeled that restless energy of yours."

Upon feeling the air reach his weathered visage, Godo inhaled a breath, chest rising and falling steadily with the movements as he exhaled through his nostrils.
