They were in cars, on foot in alleys & gangways, and in helicopters. They demanded papers, threatened residents, pointed guns, kidnapped people.

The widespread refusal to wear respirator masks in public spaces during the ongoing pandemic of Covid-19 provides unmistakable evidence that most people are careless fools who have no regard for either their own well-being or the well-being of the collective human community.
