Lloyds recently announced that their bank branch on Aylsham Road will be closing in June 2026. This will mean there will be no high street bank branch left in Mile Cross, Catton Grove, or Sprowston. L...
Lloyds Bank on Aylsham Road is the last bank branch in Mile Cross and the surrounding areas. I've heard from many of you about the impact it's closure will have on local people and community groups.

Tackling the dental desert in Norfolk has been a top priority for me since being elected. I'm pleased that there's cross-party support from Norfolk MPs, pushing for dental training in the East of England and working to ensure better dental care in Norwich and across Norfolk.

I wrote a letter expressing my concerns about this decision, and how it will impact elderly residents and those who are digitally excluded.

The Prime Minister agreed with me that UEA would be an excellent candidate for more dental school places.
I supported the petition calling for more responsible firework use, signed by 650 people in Norwich North.
Asked the Leader of the House to join me in celebrating 170 years of YMCA Norfolk this year, and make time for a debate on how best to support vulnerable young people to access safe, secure and affordable housing.

Many residents contacted me about the situation at the Manor Park Estate in Sprowston as Atlantic Avenue had not been gritted.
This week Iβve been in touch with the housing developers and Norfolk County Council again to try and resolve this issue.
Iβve also been sharing my petition urging Norfolk County Council to adopt the roads on and around the estate as a matter of urgency with local people.
