tbh lost all patience for those who say they're still fans of hp, even if they say "despite jkr" or "i buy fan made stuff" or "hp's ours not jkr's". trans lives are more important than fictional wizards. today is only one example of the tangible impact jkr's bigotry has had

Actually, I’m not defending anything, I am attacking the practice of dumping buckets of jaded misery on moments of goofy joy and I will absolutely die on that hill.

It is not enough just to hate genAI. You do also need to support real artists- buying product, subscribing to their memberships, and most importantly for free by giving rebleets and comments. Outrage is not enough, there also needs to be undeniable support.

“I love your drawings!” an artist can peel themselves off the bottom of the mattress and live another day just for this one sentence (personal experience)

Then do it.

There will never be a “perfect” time or set of circumstances to start.
