It's not illegal to burn the flag under the First Amendment. This is an illegal order and he can't impose a prison sentence either. He's not in the judiciary; that's a different branch of government. The man is unhinged and gets worse every single day.

When does this do nothing, know nothing GOP Congress work? They're always on paid vacation.
