After 2 days, I was discharged with a catheter and being cared for every few days by a district nurse.

Slow recovery but it seems to be going the right way.

Some of you may or may not be aware that when I got home from Brighton, a few hours later I was in an ambulance after collapsing. During the night in hospital I started to lose alot of blood from a wound site, to the point that I needed surgery to fix it.

Finally home. I still have alot of discomfort but worth it.

9 days left until my surgery. I am both excited and nervous.

Last night, I signed off in style with my bands Sophie and the Silhouettes and We Are The Weirdos. I got to have a moment onstage by myself with the audience clapping and cheering.

I am going to miss this buzz. I will be back on stage as soon as I can.

Fuck...... it was only around this time 3 years ago, I was recovering from my cancer surgery. Now my next big surgery is something more positive.

Today I got THE call. I have my surgery date..... 17th Nov. I am in shock still.

It is looking like Jan or Feb atm which sorta works better for me as I can now focus even more on my bands and football without that anxiety.

Finally, after a year of hardwork and pain, I am on the waiting list for my gender affirmation surgery.

What a show. That was such a rush and we all enjoyed it.
