this is the neighborhood over north where i grew up, i attended olson when it was still an elementary school. shingle creek is the most northwestern neighborhood in minneapolis and it gets forgotten a lot. please help if you can

I went through and added up the total paid rents through our adopt-a-rent program, and it is 329 families for $463,217. All peer-to-peer, no fundraising. Just neighbors helping each other out.

You should care about this because trans people are human beings with inalienable human rights, but even if you don't, you should care about this for your own personal safety

First they violate the rights of a group they think no one will fight for, and then they come for the rest of us

The military is overwhelmingly made up of people who grew up in poverty or lower working class conditions, former foster kids, people with dependent parents and children with severe healthcare needs they cannot afford otherwise.

The US is purposefully set up to force people into the military.

This is one of the things I think Enormously Wealthy people should be doing: buying beautiful but derelict properties and dumping whole cash waterfalls of money into hiring local artists to restore them.
