Try a test render in a small bit to confirm - File > Render As, set to WAV in 44.1/48kHz then check if file is full spec, avoid MP3 first (there’s a somewhat known issue that it fucks up)

Then Alt+Enter (File>Properties) - confirm sample rate + Resample and stretch quality = Best
