Me and the partner finished @clifftopgames.bsky.social's Whispers of a Machine today and, I'm not gonna lie, when we saw the subject matter we were like, oh no, this has the potential to have aged SO badly.

Actually, it aged like a fine vintage. Probably more resonant today than in 2019. BIG rec.

The ending of @clifftopgames.bsky.social’s Kathy Rain 2 was pretty much perfection. It closed the story off beautifully and answered all the questions I had from the first game.

It also leaves the door open for a potential third game, but if that’s it for Kathy Rain, I think they nailed it!
