Decima is up there with some of the very best game engines, alongside the likes of ID Tech, Northlight, Insomniacs engine, Forzatech etc.
It looks stunning, is performant, doesn't suffer from stutters/hitching etc and can scale from something like a steam deck up to a 4090.
