Democrats need to figure out a more aggressive tactic, because while they're playing chess by the rules, DOGE and the president are swiping all the pieces off the board and calling it winning before the damage can be mitigated. I don't know what it is they should do, but I hope they figure it out.

This is not okay, reach out to your Congresspeople today. Light up their phones and emails, attend their town halls if they're brave enough to still have them. This administration needs to be stopped by the governing branch that was put in place to stop them.

We have seen attempts at wholesale dismantling of departments and entities created by Congress without seeking the required congressional approval to change the law. There are efforts to dismiss employees with little regard for the law and protections they merit, and social media announcements that disparage and appear to be motivated by a desire to inflame without any stated factual basis. This is chaotic. It may appeal to a few. But it is wrong. And most Americans recognize it is wrong. It is also contrary to the rule of law.

In a blistering statement, the American Bar Association describes "attacks on constitutionally protected birthright citizenship, the dismantling of USAID and the attempts to criminalize" diversity initiatives as "wide-scale affronts to the rule of law itself."

Anyone who sees this, I watched a video of AOC where she said that lawmakers are noticing the volume of calls and who they are coming from, and that calling does matter.

So many of us saw this coming...he tried going after the Department of Education during his first term.

They now have access to USAJOBS, the federal hiring portal where applicants submit personal details such as Social Security numbers, home addresses, and employment histories.
