Most developers are invisible.

Not because they lack skill.
Because they lack proof.

Proof =
• projects
• posts
• insights
• consistency

The internet rewards people who show their work.
Not people who quietly improve for years.

Building solo is lonely until you realize you're not actually alone.

There's someone 3 time zones away building the exact same thing.

Struggling with the same bugs. Fighting the same doubts.

The internet made building in public possible.

The real question isn't "which tool is best?"

It's "which tool gets ME to done fastest?"The real question isn't "which tool is best?"

I’m building solo, and these are the only tools that actually survive

• The Brain:Claude Sonnet 4.5(The reasoning king)
• The Engine:Cursor
• The Vision:Gemini 2.0(1M context)
• The Visibility:PostHog(Tracking agent-user friction)
• The Backend:Firebase+Vercel(Minimalist and scales)

Most developers using AI are still doing this wrong

My workflow now:

1. I design system + data flow first
2. Lock architecture
3. Then let AI generate inside constraints
4. Review everything like a PR
5. Ship fast, but controlled

It amplifies the ones who think clearly.

I tried every link-in-bio app and got sick of the very little customization options on all of them.

So I bought a domain and built my own - How is it?

ngl, I am impressed with rork app

Made this app in a few prompts.

definitely this is not the final product and given the amount of time the output is insane.

planning for something big..

My rule:
1. Test free tier for 30 days
2. If I use it 3x/week → Consider paid
3. If I use it daily AND it saves 2+ hours → Pay

Most tools? Free tier is enough.

What paid tool are you replacing with a free alternative?

/ They give away their best insights for free

While most people are:
❌ "DM me for the full version"
❌ "Link in bio for the guide"
❌ "Buy my course to learn more"

Top devs just... share everything.

1/ They don't post about "learning to code"

They post about:
- Specific problems they solved
- Tools they built
- Mistakes that cost them days
- Workflows that save hours

Generic = ignored. Specific = bookmarked.

I analyzed the X profiles of 50 developers who grew to 10K+ followers.

Here's what they all do differently:

UX:
• Clear CTA above the fold
• 1-line value prop
• Pricing visible
• Loading states

Distribution:
• Waitlist capture
• Shareable link preview
• One demo Video

ship readiness.

Before you launch your SaaS, check this:

Technical:
• Proper metadata (title + description)
• OpenGraph + Twitter cards
• Favicon
• Sitemap.xml
• robots.txt
• Error boundaries
• Basic analytics (Posthog / GA)

How I ship features 3x faster using AI coding tools:

My exact workflow from idea → production:

1. Brainstorm with Claude (architecture)

2. Generate boilerplate with Cursor

3. Review + refactor manually

4. Deploy in Vercel/Amplify

5. Ask ny friend for a review

6. Ship

I can generate 500 lines of code in 5 minutes with Claude.

Cool. Useless if I can't understand it.

The bottleneck shifted from "how fast can I type" to "how fast can I review."

The meta-skill: Knowing when to trust AI vs when to rewrite from scratch

03.02.2026 12:21 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 1    📌 0

My rule: Never merge AI code I can't explain to a junior dev in 60 seconds

03.02.2026 12:21 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 1    📌 0

Senior devs 10x with AI because they already know what good looks like

03.02.2026 12:21 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 1    📌 0

This is why junior devs struggle with AI tools - they lack the pattern recognition to spot bad code fast

03.02.2026 12:21 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 1    📌 0

The uncomfortable truth: If you can't debug it, you didn't build it. You just prompted it.

03.02.2026 12:21 — 👍 0    🔁 0    💬 1    📌 0

My actual workflow: AI writes → I review in layers → Ship or iterate

03.02.2026 12:21 — 👍 1    🔁 0    💬 1    📌 0

The real skill shift: from 'typing speed' to 'code review speed
