Instagram Reels has also been positioned recently as a direct competitor to TikTok, and with the whole uncertainty on whether TikTok would be banned or not, it brought a lot of people to the platform.

I think any broad preferences on platform are hard to rationalize, but my hypothesis has been that some people are more attracted to the site whose layout is just "photos/videos + comments" rather than the Twitter-esque platforms of media mixed with reposts and random discussion (and arguments)

Living in SoCal you can tell when the dodgers win just based on the inexplicable cheering and fireworks outside.

I usually stick with ares for SNES personally. Afaik SNES emulation hasn't really been stuck on any particular OS for a while now.

Awe, it's nice to have some of that "weird route angst" without the baggage that the "aborted route" would have.

The idea of the alternate routes manifesting as nightmares has always been a fun concept. The sword route even lends credit to the idea that it's something that haunts Kris somehow.

I think any Deltarune fan who sincerely thinks Suselle is unpopular is falling for some kind of false consensus effect. Maybe your favorite artist really likes Kris and Susie kissing or something, but the average player probably sees Susie and Noelle as the only serious relationship in the game.

Back in my day we played on dedicated achievement servers to unlock the weapons faster.

Honestly, I still just stick to a couple community server when I play these days.
